Milton-Union Football is synonymous with pride, excellence and tenacity. This has been the theme for Milton-Union since the formation of football in the 1920's. Starting with Carl Brumbaugh, former Milton-Union, Ohio State, Florida and Chicago Bears quarterback to Mitchell Evans, starting Safety with the Indiana Hoosiers.

MIlton-Union has been a member of the *Southwestern Buckeye League since 1940, with a 20-year gap in the now-defunct Southwestern Rivers Conference. In that time period Milton-Union teams have won 17 league titles, along with a single title in the SRC in 1982.

Milton-Union has played in 4 state playoff games (2002, 2005, 2006, 2007).
